NCMI Europe Equip 2021

NCMI EUROPEAN EQUIP

We will be having a European Equip from 3rd to 6th November. 

If you are interested, register ASAP as there are very limited spaces. We will be going for sure. We believe it will be a great time of worshipping, equipping and relationship.

Registration & Costs

Cost: €50 per person, including all meals, teas and coffees. To be paid in cash upon arrival. Accommodation is not included and should be booked separately.

Registration Process: in recognition of the fluidity of our circumstances, we will not have a formal registration process. Please simple fill in the attached form and send it to us. Registration Form Deadline: 26 Oct 2021

Children

Children are welcome, and we will have a programme organised for them. The cost will be €20 per child. Please include the details on the registration form.

Covid-19 Factors

If the current rules are still in place, we will be allowed by the German Ministry of Health to host the event for all those who are immunised, recovered or tested. However, we do not want to violate anyone’s privacy by making this conditional. It will simply help us if you could on the application form indicate one of the following:

- You will attend with an EU recognised proof of vaccination or recovery (NHS certificate will be recognised).

- You will undertake to have a PCR or Antigen test 48 hours before the beginning of the Equip.

If necessary, these data will be presented (anonymously) to the Ministry of Health as proof of our compliance with the current regulations.

We will not ask you upon your arrival whether you are covered, but in the highly unlikely event that we are checked we would ask that you carry some kind of proof with you. The digital Covidpass App is acceptable, as is a scanned PDF file.
